dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce seznamuje čtenáře s charakteristikou lymeské boreliózy, její nesnadnou diagnostikou a ne vždy úspěšnou léčbou. Hlavním pilířem práce je ale diagnostika tohoto onemocnění, která není tak jednoznačná, jako u ostatních infekčních onemocnění. Kapitoly o diagnostice a léčbě lymeské boreliózy jsou rozděleny na dvě části, kdy je v práci popsána diagnostika a léčba v České republice i Německu. Důvodem pro srovnání diagnostiky a léčby v těchto dvou zemích je fakt, že někteří nemocní jedinci po neúspěšné léčbě v České republice vyhledávají kliniku v Německu. Z Německa totiž proudí mylné informace, jako je léčba delší než 3 týdny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis introduces to the reader characteristics of Lyme borreliosis, its difficult diagnosis and not always succesful treatment. The main pillar of the thesis is the diagnostics of this disease, which is not as conclusively as that of other infectious diseases. Chapters on diagnostics and treatment of Lyme borreliosis are divided into two parts, where diagnostics and treatment are described in the Czech republic and Germany. The reason for comparing diagnostics and treatment in these two countries is the fact that some sick people are looking for a clinic in Germany after a failed treatment. There are mistaken information from Germany such as treatment for more than 3 weeks.en
