dc.description.abstractPráce výstižně popisuje právní strukturu římské rodiny. V první řadě pojednává o římském rodovém zřízení, tedy postupné evoluce z rodu až do národu římského. Dále pojednává o náboženství, které bylo součástí nejen života rodinného, ale také veřejného. Pojednáváno je o kultu domácím i veřejném. V další kapitole je rozebráno rodinné právo, především tedy moc hlavy rodiny "pater familias", který disponoval mnohými právy. Pojednáváno je o mocích jako patria potestas, či patria manus. Další kapitola je poté věnována manželství, která obsahuje ius connubium či překážky bránicí manželství. V poslední kapitole je poté srovnání s českým platným právem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis succinctly describes the legal structure of the Roman family. First of all, it discusses the Roman family system, i.e. the gradual evolution from the family to the Roman nation. It also discusses religion, which was part of not only family life, but also public life. Domestic and public cults are discussed. In the next chapter, family law is discussed, especially the power of the head of the family "pater familias", who had many rights. Powers such as patria potestas or patria manus are discussed. The next chapter is then devoted to marriage, which contains ius connubium or obstacles to marriage. In the last chapter, there is a comparison with the applicable Czech law.en
