dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce zpracovává téma dopady pandemie COVID - 19 na konkrétní podnik. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit dopady opatření přijatých konkrétním podnikem a navrhnout případná doporučení pro případné řešení dalších obdobných krizových situací. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše související s pandemií COVID - 19, v návaznosti uvedené je poté prostor věnován okolí podniku. Následně je představen vývoj pandemie v České republice, reakce vlád na pandemii ve formě protipandemických opatření a opatření na podporu ekonomiky. V praktické části je představen vybraný podnik, je provedeno zhodnocení jeho finanční situace s využitím vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů a jsou analyzována opatření přijatá podnikem vlivem pandemie COVID - 19. Poté jsou navržena doporučení, která by měla podniku pomoci řešit nahodilé situace související s vnějšími vlivy v budoucnu. Konkrétně je zpracován návrh podoby krizového plánu a je specifikován proces diverzifikace dodavatelského portfolia.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master's thesis is focused on the issue of the impacts of the COVID - 19 on a specificcompany. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the actions, which a specific copmany accepted and suggest measures, which should contribute to the improvement of other similar crisis situations. Theoretical part contains theoretical research associated with the pandemic COVID - 19, afterwards the surroundings of the company are introduced. The thesis follows with describtion of the progression of pandemic COVID - 19 in the Czech Republic, response of goverments in the form of government measures and supportive measures. In the practical part a specific company is introduced, an evaluation of the company's financial situation is carried out with the use of selected financial indicators and analysis measures, which were accepted by the company. In the next part of the thesis are suggested measures, which should help contribute to the improvement of other random crisis situations related to external influences in the future. Specifically, a suggestion of a crisis plan is prepared and the process of diversifying the supplier portfolio is specified.en
