| dc.description.abstract | V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme tématu bonding a prvnímu kontaktu dítěte a matky. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem probíhá bonding po porodu císařským řezem. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, v první části jsme se zaměřili na teoretické informace, ve druhé části na praktické znalosti. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o významu slova bonding, jeho historii, pravidlech a přínosu kontaktu pro předčasně narozené. Dále popisujeme rozdíly v kontaktu po spontánním porodu a po porodu císařským řezem. Popisujeme také systém rooming-in a druhy kontaktního rodičovství. Nadále se také zabýváme psychikou muže a ženy po porodu a nakonec zmiňujeme intervence porodní asistentky po porodu. Praktickou část bakalářské práce jsme zpracovali formou kvantitativního výzkumu. Z výzkumu plyne, že ženy a novorozenci, u kterých neproběhla podpora bondingu, mají v poporodním období 2x vyšší výskyt problémů než ženy a novorozenci, kterým byl bonding umožněn. Dle získaných výsledků jsme vypracovali doporučení pro praxi. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | In this bachelor thesis we focus on the topic of bonding and the first contact between the child and the mother. The main aim of the thesis is to find out how bonding takes place after a caesarean birth. The thesis consists of two parts, in the first part we focused on theoretical information, in the second part on practical knowledge. The theoretical part contains basic information about the meaning of the term bonding, history, rules and benefits of contact for premature newborns. We also describe the differences in contact after spontaneous delivery and after delivery by caesarean section. We describe the rooming-in system and types of attachment parenting. We describe the psychology of the man and woman after birth and we mention midwife interventions after birth. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis was developed in the form of quantitative research. The research shows that women and newborns who were not supported with bonding have more problems in the postpartum period than women and newborns who were facilitated with bonding. According to the results obtained, we made recommendations for practice. | en |
