dc.description.abstractTato práce je komparativní případovou studií zaměřenou na institucionální strukturu belgického a švýcarského federalismu. Cílem práce je poukázat na některé společné rysy, ale také rozdíly mezi oběma případy se ze zaměřením na vertikální dělbu moci a institucionální strukturu na obou úrovních vlády. Smyslem práce je ověřit tvrzení, že švýcarský model federalismu vykazuje vyšší míru decentralizace v institucionálních aspektech a dělbě pravomocí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is a comparative case study focusing on the institutional structure of Belgian and Swiss federalism. The aim of this work is to highlight some of the common features as well as some distinct features of both cases focusing on the vertical distribution of powers and the institutional structure on each level of government. The main purpose of this work is to verify the statement that the Swiss federalism shows signs of higher degree of decentralization considering institutional aspects and distribution of powers in each case.en
