dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá problematikou gentrifikace v relativně málo probádaných oblastech vnitřního města Prahy a Plzně. Cílem práce je zjistit, zdali v těchto oblastech aktivně probíhá gentrifikace a zároveň zachytit rozdíly v projevech tohoto procesu mezi těmito městy. Gentrifikace úzce souvisí s revitalizací zanedbané zástavby, proto byl v této práci zvolen stupeň modernizace jako hlavní indikátor potenciální gentrifikace. Hodnocení fyzického prostředí proběhlo na základě terénního průzkumu, při kterém byly pořízeny fotografie jednotlivých budov. Aktuální stav zástavby byl následně porovnán se snímky ze Street View a dle příslušné klasifikace byly budovy rozlišeny na základě jejich vnějšího stavu. Díky tomuto mapování bylo možné určit zastoupení jednotlivých typů v rámci zájmových území. V pražských oblastech se podíl modernizačních typů na celkovém počtu hodnocených budov pohybuje mezi 65 až 68,3 %. V Praze se navíc nacházejí různé stylové kavárny a restaurace, které s gentrifikací souvisí. V Plzni se spíše nacházejí obchody pro běžnou klientelu. Plzeňské oblasti, kromě Roudné, zároveň disponují i nižším stupněm modernizace, který se pohybuje kolem 50 %.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the issue of gentrification in relatively understudied areas of the inner city of Prague and Pilsen. The thesis aims to determine whether gentrification is actively occurring in these areas and to identify differences in the manifestations of this process between these cities. Gentrification is closely related to the revitalisation of neglected buildings therefore, the degree of modernisation was chosen in this thesis as the main indicator of potential gentrification. The assessment of the physical environment was based on a field survey in which photos of individual buildings were taken. The current condition of the buildings was then compared with the Street View images and according to the appropriate classification, the buildings were distinguished based on their external condition. Through this mapping, it was possible to determine the representation of each type within the areas of interest. In the Prague areas, the share of modernisation types in the total number of assessed buildings varies between 65 up to 68,3 %. In addition, in Prague there are several different stylish cafes and restaurants that are related to gentrification. In Pilsen, there are rather businesses for the regular clientele. The Pilsen areas, apart from Roudná, also have a lower degree of modernisation, which is around 50 %.	en
