dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahy České republiky k režimům porušující lidská práva, především vztahem ke Kubě, Bělorusku a Číně, jelikož měla, podobně jako tyto tři uvedené země,ve 20. století zkušenost s komunistickým režimem a porušováním základních lidských práva a svobod. Česká republika vždy měla vyhraněný názor na porušování lidských práv v nedemokratických zemích,tento názor se také i několikrát změnil, ať už se změnou hlavy českého státu, či z pohledu institucí jako MZV ČR, či vlády ČR. Tato práce zkoumá postoj ČR k lidským právům z pohledu těchto uvedených institucí a jejich představitelů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor´s thesis deals with relations between the Czech Republic and regimes that violate human rights, specifically Cuba, Belarus and China. The Czech Republic,like all these three countries,had experience with communistic regime and violation of human rights in the 20th century. The Czech Republik had a strong opinion on human rights violations in non-democratic countries. The opinion on suppressing basic human rights has changed in the Czech Republic several times. Not only did the change occur with the change of the head of the Czech state, but even the Czech Government, the Ministry of External Affairs or individual personalities of the Czech political scene were not always in agreement. This bachelor examines the attitude of the Czech Republic on human rights from the perspective of the mentioned institutions and their representatives.en
