dc.description.abstractVzhledem k současnému stavu a nárustu počtu onemocnění se setkáváme se stomií a péči o ní stále častěji. Při studiu materiálu a podkladů ke svojí práci mi přišlo zajímavé srovnání historického vývoje stomických pomůcek a způsoby, jak pacientům v péči a následné léčbě pomáhají. Následující kapitoly jsou rozděleny do jednotlivých historických období. Neméně důležitým aspektem v péči o pacienty se stomií je také psychologická problematika. Tak jak se v historii měnily stomické pomůcky, technika převazu stomií, měnil se i psychologický přístup k pacientovi se stomií. Následující kapitoly se věnují těmto tématům a srovnávají je v různých historických obdoích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedGiven the current state and the huge increase of the diseases we get in touch with the stoma and its care more frequently. While studying the materials and the documentation for my thesis I found the the comparison of the historical development of the stoma tools and the way it helps the patients very interesting. The following chapters are dividend into several historical periods. Equally important is the psychological issues of the stoma patients´ care. Just as the stoma tools and the bandaging techniques have been changing during the history, so does the psychological approach to the stoma patient. Next chapters focus on these topics and compare it in different historical periods.en
