dc.description.abstract	V předložené bakalářské práci jsou uvedeny možnosti psychologické intervence u lékařů a nelékařů zdravotnických záchranných služeb. Práce je prací výzkumnou, která se skládá z části teoretické a části praktické. Základem teoretické části je stručná charakteristika práce jednotlivých pracovních pozic, popis stresu a stresových faktorů ovlivňující práci lékařů a nelékařů zdravotnických záchranných služeb a možnosti využívání psychologické pomoci. Praktickou část tvoří kvantitativní výzkum využívání jednotlivých psychologických intervencí.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on options of psychological intervention in doctors and health allied professionals in health rescue service. The thesis, characterized as a research thesis, consists of two parts, a theoretical and practical ones. The theoretical part is based on brief characteristics of particular working positions, description of stress factors affecting doctors and health allied professionals in health rescue service and options of application of psychological help. The practical part is focused on quantitative research of application of particular psychological interventions.	en
