dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem obce s rozšířenou působností. Práce komplexně popisuje základní pojmy z oblasti veřejné správy, historický vývoj samosprávy, státní správy a vznik obcí s rozšířenou působností na území České republiky, charakterizuje obec s rozšířenou působností, její právní postavení, organizaci, působnost, agendu, vztahy obce s rozšířenou působností s dalšími subjekty a srovnává systémy veřejné správy ve vybraných evropských zemích. Práce se rovněž věnuje tématu eGovernment na příkladu obce s rozšířenou působností.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis concerns itself with municipality with extended competence. The work describes in detail, the main concept of public administration, the historical development of autonomy, government administration and the establishment of the municipality with extended competence on the territory of the Czech Republic, it characterises the municipality with extended competence, its legal position, organisation, its scope, administrative work, relationships of the municipality with extended competence and other entities and comparison of systems of the public administration in chosen European countries. The work also concerns itself with eGovernment illustrated by the example of the municipality with extended competence.en
