dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem prostorového uspořádání pracoviště montáže elektra ve společnosti Kermi s. r. o. ve Stříbře. První část práce se věnuje teorii tykající se prostorového uspořádání výrobních systémů, měření práce, plýtvání a další související problematiky. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu pracoviště, navrhuje nápravná opatření dle definovaných nedostatků a předkládá nové varianty prostorového uspořádání pracoviště. Nejvhodnější varianta je stanovena na základě multikriteriální analýzy. Přínosem této práce je kompletní návrh nového prostorového uspořádání pracoviště s následnou realizací.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis and design of the spatial arrangement of the workplace of electrical assembly in the company Kermi s. r. o. in Stříbro. The first part of the thesis deals with the theory concerning the spatial arrangement of production systems, measurement of work, waste and other related issues. The practical part is aimed at the analysis of the current state of the workplace, proposes corrective measures according to the defined deficiencies and presents new variants of the spatial arrangement of the workplace. The most suitable variant is determined on the basis of a multi-criteria analysis. The contribution of this thesis is a complete proposal of a new spatial arrangement of the workplace with subsequent implementation.en
