dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím solidárních mechanismů při přestupech sportovců, zejména uvedení podmínek, za jakých nastávají a způsobu jejich výpočtu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy sportu a sportovního práva, ze kterých solidární mechanismy vyplývají. Dále se zabývá subjekty, které mohou solidární mechanismy čerpat. Praktická část je věnována využití solidárních mechanismů, způsobu výpočtu, včetně nejznámější judikatury s tím související.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the use of solidarity mechanisms in athletes transfers, in particular the conditions under which they occur and the method of their calculation. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts of sport and sports law from which solidarity mechanisms arise. It also deals with the subjects that can benefit from solidarity mechanisms. The practical part is devoted to the use of solidarity mechanisms, the method of calculation, including the most well-known related case law.	en
