dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na postoj studentů všeobecného ošetřovatelství k ošetřování dětského pacienta. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat postoje a názory studentů k ošetřování dětí. Teoretická část se zabývá postoji a jejich funkcemi či měřením, vzděláváním sester, problematikou ošetřování dětí, včetně komunikace, potřeb dětí a etických otázek v pediatrické péči. Praktická část se zaměřila na kvantitativní výzkum, který byl proveden pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty programu všeobecné ošetřovatelství. Výsledky ukázaly, že studenti mají obecně pozitivní postoj k ošetřování dětských pacientů, ale čelí určitým výzvám, zejména v oblasti komunikace s dětmi a jejich rodiči či v emocionální náročnosti při ošetřování dětí. Práce poskytuje doporučení pro zlepšení přípravy studentů na pediatrickou praxi v těchto problematických oblastech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the attitudes of nursing students towards caring of pediatric patients. The aim of the study was to map the attitudes and opinions of students towards pediatric care. The theoretical part addresses to attitudes and their functions as well as their measurement, nursing education, issues related to pediatric care including communication, the needs of children and ethical questions in pediatric healthcare. The practical part focused on quantitative research conducted through an anonymous questionnaire survey among students of the general nursing program. The results showed that students have a positive attitude towards caring for pediatric patients but they face certain challenges, particularly in communication with children and their parents as well as the emotional demands of caring for children. The thesis provides recommendations for improving the preparation of students for pediatric practice in these challenging areas.en
