dc.description.abstractPráce popisuje a vysvětluje vybrané pojmy některých osvícenských myslitelů. Primární díla, kterým se práce věnuje jsou: Druhé pojednání o vládě (1689) od Johna Locka (1632-1704), O duchu zákonů (1748) od Charlese Louise de Montesquieuho (1689-1755), Systém přírody (1770) od Paula Heinricha Dietricha von Holbacha (1723-1789), Rozpravy (1754) a O společenské smlouvě (1762) od Jeana Jacquesa Rousseaua (1712-1788), O zákonodárství (1776) od Gabriela Bonnota de Mablyho (1709-1785), Zákoník přírody (1755) od Étienne-Gabriela Morellyho (1717 ? ?), Náčrt historického obrazu pokroků lidského ducha (1794) od Jean-Antoine Nicolase de Caritat de Condorceta (1743-1794). Pojmy, které jsou vysvětlovány jsou: přirozený stav, přirozené právo, společenská smlouva a revoluce. V závěru práce je zhodnocen přínos přirozeného práva pro současnost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with Political philosophy of the Enlightenment. The first chapter discusses the historical context in which there have been many revolutions. The most famous was the French Revolution, but there were many others as were changes in thinking and living. Law has been changed at this time, because of many political thinkers and their views on law. The first chapter deals with this changes and context of this historical period. Next chapters deal with the works of philosophers like John Locke, Charles Louise de Montesquieu, Paul Heinrich Dietrich von Holbach, Jean Jacques Rousseau, Gabriel Bonnot de Mably, Morelly, Jean-Antoine Nicolas de Caritat de Condorcet. This work analyses selected notions: natural state, natural law, social contract and revolution. These terms are analyzed separately for each philosopher. In the final chapter includes consideration if the natural law can be used in the present.en
