dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce řeší výběr nového ERP systému do strojírenské spo-lečnosti AŽD Praha. Práce popisuje historii firmy, dále stávající stav informačních systémů ve společnosti se zaměřením na ERP systém Enterprise One a na dosluhující hardware. Dále je navrženo nové ře-šení, které je postaveno zejména na virtualizovaných serverech. Je zmiňována problematika archivace dat a dataminingu. Rozebrány jsou jednotlivé činnosti upgradu systému, předběžná kalkulace ná-kladů a popis projektového řízení takto velkého projektu. Výstupem je souhrn práce v podobě zadávací dokumentace pro dodavatelskou firmu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis proposes an option for a new ERP system in an engineering company AŽD Praha. The thesis describes a history of the company and the present state of information systems in the company, within scope of the ERP of Enterprise One and outdated hardware. Also, the thesis proposes a new solution based mainly on virtualized servers. Data archiving and datamining are mentioned in the thesis, although they are not a principal focus. Finally, there is an analysis of cost es-timates, a description of the leadership and hierarchy of such a large project. The conclusion of the thesis is recommendations of a request for proposal for a supplier company.en
