| dc.description.abstract | V teoretické části bakalářské práce objasňuji termíny ošetřovatelství, ošetřovatelský proces včetně jeho součástí. Zabývám se vzděláváním sester, ošetřovatelskou dokumentací a legislativou. Praktická část je zaměřena na znalosti a názory sester k realizaci ošetřovatelského procesu. Díky této bakalářské práci zjišťuji, že sestry v praxi jsou v dané problematice informovány a schopny poskytovat svým klientům kvalitní ošetřovatelskou péči. | cs |

I deal with the education of nurses, nursing documentation and legislation. The practical part is focused on the knowledge and opinions of nurses to implementation of the nursing process.
