dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vyšetřování tepen dolních končetin pomocí výpočetní tomografie, konkrétně vztahem rychlosti skenování a aplikace kontrastní látky. Teoretická část je kromě anatomie tepenného zásobení věnována zejména faktorům ovlivňujícím dosaženou koncentraci intravenózně podané kontrastní látky v tepnách. Součástí praktické části je popis postupu cílené optimalizace a synchronizace skenovacích parametrů a aplikace jodové kontrastní látky při CT angiografii dolních končetin. Použitá metodika byla vyvinuta s cílem minimalizace podaného množství kontrastní látky, která má nepříznivý vliv na funkci ledvin a její úspěšnost byla ověřena pomocí prospektivní studie u dvou skupin osob vyšetřovaných v rámci rutinního diagnostického procesu. Výsledky byly potvrzeny statistickou analýzou. V diskuzi jsou shrnuty dosavadní zkušenosti s podobným přístupem k zobrazení tepen dolních končetin včetně nejnovějších poznatků.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the examination of lower limb arteries using computed tomography, specifically relationship between the scanning speed and the administration of iodine contrast agent. The theoretical part is, in addition to the anatomy of arterial circulation dedicated to the multiple factors affecting the achieved concentration of intravenous contrast agent in the arteries during CT examination. The practical part is targeted on the procedure of optimization and synchronization of scanning parameters and application of iodine contrast media in CT angiography of the abdominal aorta and lower extremities. Used methodology has been developed to minimize the amount administered contrast material, which has an adverse effect on renal function and its success was verified by a prospective study in two groups of persons within routine diagnostic algorithm. The discussion summarizes experience with a similar approach to imaging of the lower limb arteries, including the latest studies.	en
