dc.description.abstractMá bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem fyzioterapeutických postupů u pacientů se systémovou sklerodermií (SSc). Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o systémové sklerodermii jako takové- o její definici, prevalenci a incidenci, etiopatogenezi, klinickém obrazu, laboratorních vyšetření, diagnóze, průběhu, terapii a rehabilitaci. Práce se bude nejvíce zaměřovat na rehabilitaci a následnou terapii u pacientů se SSc, která je v dnešní době v české literatuře ještě neznámá. Praktická část je zaměřena na kazuistiku pacientky, u které jsem provedla celkové kineziologické vstupní a výstupní vyšetření a terapii, která byla prováděna po dobu 5 měsíců. Na konci práce jsem taktéž zhodnotila vliv terapie. Součástí práce je dotazník určený pro pacienty s diagnózou systémové sklerodermie, který zkoumá, jak systémová sklerodermie ovlivňuje život pacientů po fyzické a psychické stránce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the effects of physiotherapy by patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc). This thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part discusses the systemic sclerosis itself, including its definition, prevalence and incidence, etiopatogenesis, clinical picture, laboratory examinations, diagnosis, therapy process, therapy and rehabilitation. This thesis will mainly focus on its rehabilitation and sequential therapy by patient with SSc, which is in Czech literature still unknown. The practical part comprises a case study of a patient with this pathology. This includes a total kinesiology analysis and therapy that was performed for five months. At the end of the thesis, I evaluate all my results. A part of my work is a survey for patients with diagnosis of systemic sclerosis, which is focused on how does systemic sclerosis influence patients lifes in physical and psychical way.en
