| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu financování Domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením Bystřice nad Úhlavou, který je příspěvkovou organizací. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou nejprve charakterizovány neziskové organizace jako celek a příspěvkové organizace zřízené územním samosprávným celkem, které se řadí do neziskového sektoru. Poté se teoretická část zabývá financováním neziskových organizací, jejich principy, zdroji, ale především finančními aspekty příspěvkových organizací. Druhou částí je praktická, ve které po představení zmíněné příspěvkové organizace, následuje rozbor jejího hospodaření v letech 2011 2015, tedy analýza výnosů, nákladů a výsledku hospodaření. Na základě detailně zpracovaného rozboru hospodaření je provedeno zhodnocení finančního hospodaření a z něho vyplývající návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace a další možnosti financování. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is focused on the analysis of financing the Home for people with disabilities Bystřice nad Úhlavou, which is allowance organization. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there are first characterized non-profit organizations as a whole and allowance organizations established by the local government, which belong to the non-profit sector. The theoretical part then deals with the financing of non-profit organizations, their principles, sources of funding, but especially the financial aspects of allowance organizations. The second part is practical, in which the introduction of said allowance organization is followed by the analysis of its financial performance in the years 2011 2015, it means the analysis of revenues, costs and economic result. Based on a detailed analysis of the financing is made an overall evaluation of the financial situation of the allowance organization, from which ensue proposals for improvement the current situation and further funding opportunities. | en |
