dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá popisem problematiky retribučního soudnictví na území českých zemí v letech 1945-1948, právní aspekty tvorby dekretů prezidenta republiky a jejich detailní popis. Dále se tato práce soustředí na popis průběhu řízení před soudy, které na základě dekretů prezidenta republiky vznikaly. Pro dokreslení a usnadnění pochopení problematiky obsahuje práce též několik vybraných soudních procesů, které přiměřeně rozebírá.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the description of the issue of retributive justice in the Czech lands in the years 1945-1948, the legal aspects of the creation of decrees of the President of the Republic and their detailed description. Furthermore, this thesis focuses on the description of the course of proceedings before the courts that were established on the basis of decrees of the President of the Republic. To illustrate and facilitate the understanding of the issue, the thesis also contains several selected court trials, which it adequately analyzes.en
