dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce na téma Význam mamografie u chorob prsní žlázy se skládá z praktické a teoretické části. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na popis prsní žlázy a na onemocnění, která tuto žlázu postihují. Okrajově jsou zde také zmíněny možnosti léčby těchto onemocnění. Teoretická část týkající se chorob, je zaměřena zejména na nádorová postižení. Hlavní částí práce je popis zobrazovacích metod, pomocí kterých se dá prsní žláza zobrazit. Do hloubky je popsáno vyšetření mamografické. V praktické části jsem prováděla výzkum pomocí kazuistik, kde jsem se zabývala zejména diagnostickými metodami, které vedly ke stanovení konečné diagnózy.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis on importance of mammography in diseases of the mammary gland consists of practical and theoretical parts. In the theoretical part, I focused on the description of the mammary gland and the diseases that afflict this gland. Marginally, there are also mentioned the possibility of cure. The theoretical part of the disease is mainly focused on tumor involvement. The main part is the description of imaging methods by which you can view the mammary gland. The depth of mammography examinations is described. In the practical part, I conducted research using case studies where I was involved in the diagnostic methods, which led to a final diagnosis.	en
