dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou intra-logistiky ve výrobní společnosti. Jejím úkolem je vytvořit aktuální layout, vypočítat mezioperační zásoby a navrhnout varianty nového uspořádání výroby. Teoretická část práce zpracovává teorii z oblasti logistiky, zásobování, skladování, hmotných toků a tvorby layoutů. Praktická část pak analyzuje současný stav, vytváří modely strojů a současný layout také vypočítává výši mezioperačních zásob. Úkolem praktické části je taktéž navrhnout nové varianty uspořádání výroby a ty pak porovnat mezi sebou a současným stavem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the problematics of intra-logistics in the production company. Its task is to create the current layout, calculate the buffers and design variants of the new production order. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the theory of logistics, supply, storage, material flows and layouts creation. The practical part analysis the current state, creates machine models, creates the current layout and calculates the amount of the buffers. The task of the practical part is also to propose new variants of the production order and then to compare them with each other and the current state.en
