dc.description.abstractTématem mé bakalářské práce je fenomén partitokracie a teorie demokracie. první kapitola popisuje základní znaky partitokracie. Ve druhé kapitole porovnávám partitokracii s klasickou liberální demokracií a ve třetí kapitole porovnávám partitokracii s elitní teorií demokracií. Mým cílem je zjistit, jestli je partitokracie deficitem demokracie z pohledu obou teorií. Ve čtvrté a páté kapitole popisuji dva případy, ve kterých se partitokracie vyskytovala, první Československou republiku a první Italskou republiku. Na těchto případech zejména ukáži, jaké jsou příčiny a důvody vzniku partitokracie. Vybral jsem si záměrně dva odlišné případy, protože důvodů ke vzniku partitokracie může být více.cs

"In the second chapter I compare partitocracy with the classical liberal democracy. "In the third chapter I compare partitocracy with elite theory of democracy.
