dc.description.abstractV první kapitole diplomové práce jsem se zabývala lidskými právy a termíny jako náboženská svoboda a náboženství. V druhé kapitole jsem se zaměřila na svobodu vyznání zejména na forum internum a forum externum. Dále jsem objasnila limity svobody projevu vyznání zahrnující rituální porážku, náboženské symboly, proselytismus a blasfemii. V závěru této kapitoly jsem objasnila ochranu náboženské svobody. Ve třetí kapitole jsem se věnovala nejdůležitějším dokumentům, které jsou právním podkladem pro svobodu vyznání.Ve čtvrté kapitole jsme se zaměřila na úpravu svobody vyznání obsaženou v československých ústavách od roku 1948 do roku 1989. V poslední kapitole své práce se zabývám aspekty náboženské svobody zahrnující výhradu svědomí, svobodu náboženského vyznání dětí a diskriminaci z náboženských důvodů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the first chapter of the thesis I deal with human rights and terms as religion of freedom and religion in general. In the second chapre I focused on religion of freedom especially forum internum and forum externum. I also clarify limits of forum externum including ritual slaughter, religious symbols, proselytism and blasphemy. In final part of the chapter I clarify protection of freedom of religious. The third chapter is dedicated to the most important documents which are the legal grounds for the freedom of religion. In the fourth chapter I focus on treatment of religious freedom in Czechoslovak constitutions from 1948 to 1989. In the last chapter I deal with aspects of religious freedom including conscientious objection, freedom of children´s religion and religious discrimination.en
