dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je popsat politiků spojenců od vylodění v Normadii po bitvu v Ardenách. Budu se snažit zkoumat velení spojeneckých vojsk, a také se zaměřím na krize ve spojeneckém velení, které probíhali po celou dobu války v západní Evropě. Práce začíná vyloděním v Normandii a pokračuje přes vítězství ve Francii, kde se objeví lehké náznaky nejednotné koalice, které se projeví výsadkovou operací v Holandsku. Klíčovou událostí pro bakalářskou práci je bitva v Ardenách, kde se nejvíce ukázala krize ve spojeneckém velení a také to byla jedna z nejtěžších bitev na západní frontě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this work is to describe the policy of Western Allied forces from the Invasion of Normandy to the Battle of the Bulge. I will try to examine the command of Allied troops, and also focus on the crisis in the allied command, which ran throughout the war in Western Europe. Work begins landing in Normandy and continues through victory in France, where it will light hints of inconsistent coalition, which will be reflected airborne operation in Holland. Key event of for the bachelor thesis is the Battle of the Bulge, where the crisis has shown the most in the allied command, and it was one of the toughest battles on the Western Front.en
