dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice systému péče o pacienty s akutním koronárním syndromem v Plzeňském kraji a návaznosti péče v kardiocentru. Práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část shrnuje důležité informace o akutním koronárním syndromu a popisuje jednotlivé prvky systému péče o pacienty s akutním koronárním syndromem v oblasti Plzeňského kraje. Dále pojednává o přednemocniční léčbě a v poslední kapitole představuje komplexní kardiovaskulární centrum FN Plzeň, klíčové pracoviště, poskytující specializovanou péči nemocným s AKS v Plzeňském regionu. V praktické části je zpracován kvalitativní výzkum, který zjišťuje důvody časových prodlev ze strany pacientů od vzniku prvních příznaků akutního koronárního syndromu do přivolání zdravotnické záchranné služby.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the issue of the system of care for patients with Coronary Artery Disease in the Pilsen Region and continuity of care in the Cardiocenter. The thesis has two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part summarizes important information about Coronary Artery Disease and describes the elements of the system of care for patients with Coronary Artery Disease in the Pilsen Region. It also describes the prehospital treatment and final chapter introduces the complex cardiovascular center in Teaching Hospital Pilsen, key facility, providing specialized care to patients with Coronary Artery Disease in the Pilsen Region. In the practical part a qualitative research investigates the reasons for delays by patients since the manifestation of the first symptoms of Acute Myocardial Infarction to the call to the Emergency Medical Services.	en
