| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje a zkoumá poznatky z oblasti komunikačních dovedností všeobecných sester v ošetřovatelské péči. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části. Teoretická část popisuje úvod do komunikace, základní dělení komunikace a zaměřuje se na komunikaci v ošetřovatelské péči. Dále se věnuje komunikaci s pacientem se specifickými potřebami a s pacientem se zdravotním postižením. Praktická část práce zkoumá úroveň komunikačních dovedností všeobecných sester v ošetřovatelské péči. | cs |
