dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem správy vkladů do obchodní korporace. První tematická část je věnována institutu správy vkladů, povinnostem správce vkladů a právním aspektům provádění této správy. Důraz je také kladen na komparaci zákonné úpravy obsažené v občanském zákoníku a zákonu o obchodních korporacích. Práce obsahuje exkurz zákonnou úpravou obdobných institutů obsažených v občanském zákoníku a zároveň si klade za cíl provést objektivní posouzení společných rysů těchto institutů se správou vkladů. Zkoumáno je také možné podpůrné uplatnění příslušných ustanovení občanského zákoníku při správě vkladů do obchodních korporací. Druhá tematická část této práce je věnována představení pojmů vklad a předmět vkladů, jeho dalšímu členění a způsobům jeho splacení, či vnesení do jednotlivých obchodních korporací.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the topic of the management of deposits into business corporation. The first thematic part is devoted to the institute of deposit administration, obligations of the deposit administrator and legal aspects of the administration. Attention is also paid to the comparison of the legal regulation contained in the Civil Code and the Commercial Corporations Act. The thesis contains an excursus through the legal regulation of similar institutes contained in the Civil Code and also aims to make an objective assessment of the common attributes of these institutes with deposit administration. The possible subsidiary application of the relevant provisions of the Civil Code in the administration of deposits in business corporations is also examined. The second thematic part of this thesis is devoted to the introduction of the concepts of deposit and the object of deposits, its further subdividing and the methods of its repayment or contribution to each business corporation.en
