dc.description.abstractTato práce se v rámci policy analýzy ex ante zabývá energetickou politikou České republiky. V první kapitole je konceptualizace energetické bezpečnosti - kdy vznikla, co je to samotná bezpečnost a definice od tří autorů - Daniel Yergin, David von Hippel a Andrei Belyi. Poté následuje kapitola, která představuje energetickou politiku České republiky prostřednictvím advokačních, strategických a legislativních veřejně politických dokumentů. Dále je zde představení energetického mixu České republiky. Jeho vývoj přinesl různá témata k řešení. Např. klesající podíl hnědého uhlí. Tento problém by se mohl řešit mj. nahrazením jinou surovinou, dovozem či posunutím/zrušením územně ekologických limitů pro těžbu uhlí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is based on energy policy in the Czech Republic. Energy security is subject of the theoretic part. In this theoretical part, definitions of Daniel Yergin, Andrei Belyi and David von Hippel are mentioned. Energy policy of the Czech Republic is represented by advocacy, legislative and strategic public policy documents. Thanks to these documents I know limits, problems, strategy, goals and groups, which are in energy policy. Second chapter in the empirical part is called Structure of energy sources in the Czech Republic. Due to the changes, which have come with time, there are some problems in structure of energy sources - for example a significant decrease of brown coal. At the end of my policy analysis ex ante are proposals to solve this problem. Proposals are for exeample replace coal with other energy sources, importing or cancellation or displacement of limits for coal mining.en
