dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá předchůdci knihtisku a pak následně i samotnému vynálezu knihtisku Johannem Gutenbergem v Mohuči. Dále se zaobírá postupným rozšiřováním z Německa do dalších částí Evropy, zejména pak do zemí Koruny české. Práce také obsahuje první tiskařské dílny na našem území, například v Plzni.cs

The main content of this thesis is to analyse the invention of letterpress by Johannes Gutenberg in the middle of 15th century, spreading of letterpress from Germany to Europe and describe the first printing workshops in Kingdom of Bohemia, form example in Pilsen.en
