The development of this cultural institution is mainly connected with the activities of the museum association, which, despite many difficulties, actively participated in building public cultural life in the town. Its custodians became the biggest supporters of the local museum, for they devoted their free time to protecting and caring for the exhibits, even though they were not financially rewarded for their work. | en |
