Dále vymezit problematiku řízení před Ústavním soudem ČR z hlediska obecných ustanovení. Také nastínit způsoby jeho rozhodnutí a jejich vykonavatelnost a závaznost. Zejména pak analyzovat jednotlivé druhy řízení před Ústavním soudem a z něho vyplývající specifika řízení před ním.cs

Further define the issue of proceedings before the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in terms of general provisions. It also outlines the ways of its decisions and their enforcement and liability. In particular, it analyses different types of proceedings before the Constitutional Court and the resulting characteristics of the proceedings before it.en
