dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na právní úpravu pracovních úrazů, možnosti specifických situací pro jejich posuzování a s nimi spojenými povinnostmi ze strany zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. Pro vhled do kontextu je v práci popsána historie legislativy BOZP a pracovních úrazů, pohledy aktérů na pracovní úrazy a současná právní úprava BOZP. Praktická část je zaměřena na firmu zabývající se kovovýrobou. Prostřednictvím dotazníků a konzultací jsou zachyceny názory jejích zaměstnanců na BOZP a pracovní úrazy. Obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theoretical part of the diploma thesis focuses on the legal regulation of occupational accidents, the possibilities of specific situations for assessing them, and the associated obligations of both the employee and the employer. To provide context, the thesis outlines legislation history of occupational health and safety (OHS) and occupational accidents, the perspectives on the stakeholders on work accidents, and the current legal regulation of OHS. The practical part is focused on a company engaged in metalworking. Through questionnaires and consultations, the opinions of its employees on OHS and occupational accidents are captured. The thesis includes proposal for improving the current situation.en
