dc.description.abstractPráce pojednává o modelech měření a řízení výkonnosti v podnicích. Hlavním cílem práce bylo představit a analyzovat vybrané přístupy měření a řízení výkonnosti podniku. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá deskripcí vybraných modelů. Praktická část je zaměřena na komparaci modelů a jejich aplikaci na příkladu zvolené společnosti. Byl zde analyzován stávající systém měření výkonnosti podniku a dále bylo aplikováno několik modelů, o které by podnik mohl rozšířit svůj stávající systém řízení výkonnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is focused on the measurement and management model of performance in enterprises. The main objective was to introduce and analyse specific chosen approaches to performance measurement and management of company. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes chosen models. The practical part is focused on a comparison of the models and their application to the selected company. The existing performance measurement and management system of the company was analysed and several models were applied. The models applied were those that the company should apply into its existing performance management system.en
