Podle britského advokáta Karima Khana, hlavního prokurátora Mezinárodního trestního soudu, jsou terorista a izraelský premiér podezřelí z válečných zločinů, proto požádal soud o vydání zatykače na oba muže.cz
dc.description.abstractThere was a wave of excitement among radical leftists at the announcement that the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague could issue an arrest warrant not only for the leader of the Palestinian terrorist organisation Hamas, Yahya Sinwar, but also for Benjamin Netanyahu. According to British lawyer Karim Khan, the ICC's chief prosecutor, the terrorist and the Israeli prime minister are suspected of war crimes, which is why he asked the court to issue arrest warrants for both men.en
