dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá pohledem krizových pracovníků na vzájemný vztah mezi vznikem krizových stavů a naplňováním potřeb dětí a dospívajících. V práci jsou rozebírány a charakterizovány pojmy krize, krizová intervence, role sociálního prostředí v pomoci v krizi, oblast lidských potřeb a jejich naplňování, specifika vývojové fáze dětí a dospívajících, a nakonec i pojem sociální percepce. Druhá polovina práce se zabývá zodpovězením hlavní výzkumné otázky ´Jak krizový pracovníci vnímají naplňování potřeb dětských klientů krizových služeb´. Na základě výsledků výzkumného šetření jsou navržena doporučení pro praxi v oblasti sociální práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the perspective of crisis workers on the interrelationship between the emergence of crisis states and the fulfillment of the needs of children and adolescents. The thesis discusses and characterizes the concepts of crisis, crisis intervention, the role of the social environment in crisis assistance, the area of human needs and their fulfillment, the specifics of the developmental stage of children and adolescents, and finally the concept of social perception. The second half of the thesis is concerned with answering the main research question 'How crisis workers perceive the fulfillment of the needs of child clients of crisis services'. Based on the results of the research investigation, recommendations for social work practice are proposed.en
