| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na prevenci respiračních infekcí na odděleních následné péče. Cílem je zmapovat preventivní opatření na oddělení následné péče, která mohou snížit výskyt těchto infekcí u pacientů. Studie potvrzuje, že nozokomiální pneumonie představují vážný problém zejména u starších a polymorbidních pacientů, kteří jsou na tato onemocnění náchylnější. Výsledky práce zdůrazňují klíčovou roli základních hygienických opatření, správné edukace zdravotnického personálu i pacientů a zavádění standardizovaných postupů prevence. Identifikace rizikových faktorů a implementace vhodných opatření mohou významně přispět ke snížení morbidity a mortality spojených s respiračními infekcemi. Zjištění této práce mohou být využita pro optimalizaci stávajících protokolů prevence na odděleních následné péče a pro další výzkum v této oblasti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on the prevention of respiratory infections in post-acute care wards. The aim is to map the preventive measures in the aftercare ward that can reduce the incidence of these infections in patients. The study confirms that nosocomial pneumonias are a serious problem especially in elderly and polymorbid patients who are more susceptible to these diseases. The results of the thesis emphasize the key role of basic hygiene measures, proper education of healthcare personnel and patients, and the implementation of standardized prevention procedures. Identifying risk factors and implementing appropriate measures can significantly contribute to reducing morbidity and mortality associated with respiratory infections. The findings of this thesis can be used to optimize existing prevention protocols in aftercare departments and for further research in this field. | en |
