dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem této kvalifikační práce bylo seznámení s metodikou vyšetřování klíšťat na přítomnost původců lymeské boreliózy. Dílčími cíli bylo shromáždit a zpracovat informace o tomto tématu, zvládnout metodiku laboratorního vyšetření, upozornit na rizika spojená s onemocněním a přinést aktuální informace o promořenosti klíšťat v okolí Plzně. Práce je členěna na praktickou a teoretickou část. K odchytu klíšťat jsem použila metodu vlajkování a k následnému vyšetření v laboratoři jsem využívala metodu pozorování borelií v temném poli. Vyšetřovaný soubor tvořilo sto pět mnou navlajkovaných klíšťat. Z tohoto počtu jich bylo celkem deset pozitivních na přítomnost borelie, která je původcem lymeské boreliózy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main goal of this qualification work was to get acquainted with the methodics of ticks examination for Lyme disease agents. The secondary goals were to collect and process information for this topic, master the methodics of laboratory examination, draw attention to the risks associated with the disease and provide current information about the percentage of infected ticks in the Pilsen area. The work is divided into practical and theoretical part. I used the method of flagging to catch ticks. For the subsequent examination in the laboratory, I used the method of observing Borrelia in a dark field. The examined group consisted of one hundred and five ticks, which I collected. Of this number, ten were positive for the presence of Borrelia, which is the cause of Lyme borreliosis.en
