dc.description.abstractPředkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řízení nákladů v oblasti elektrotechnické výroby. Práce popisuje proč je řízení nákladů důležité pro podniky. Jsou zde rozebrány principy vybraných moderních metod řízení nákladů, popis jejich implementace a porovnání s tradičním způsobem. Poslední částí práce se týká firmy vyrábějící rozváděče, kde jsou porovnávány náklady současného stavu s náklady po odebírání levnějšího materiálu od nových subdodavatelů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor theses is focused on cost management in the field of electronic production. We analyze why is it so important for manufacturers to manage the costs. This work deals with the principles of modern methods of cost management, the description of their implementation and the comparison to the classic method. The last part of this paper is about a company that produces switchboards, and the present costs are being compared to the costs after the cheaper material from the new subcontractors has been taken away.en
