dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o klienta s amyotrofickou laterální sklerózou. Teoretická část přináší základní informace o motorice a motoneuronech a zabývá se problematikou amyotrofické laterální sklerózy z hlediska jejího vzniku, klinického obrazu, diagnostiky, léčby a ošetřovatelské péče. Praktická část je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces u klientů s amyotrofickou laterální sklerózou a stanovení specifik ošetřovatelské péče.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis addresses a nursing care of a client with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. The theoretical part contains basic information on a motor system and motor neurons and deals with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in terms of its development, clinical symptoms and signs, diagnostics, treatment and nursing care management. The practical part is focused to the nursing process of clients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and defines specifical characteristics of the nursing care.en
