dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku nefinančního reportingu u podnikatelských subjektů v České republice. Hlavním cílem je rozbor a zhodnocení vybraných aspektů zpráv o udržitelném rozvoji u vybraných podnikatelských subjektů v České republice. V první části práce jsou zpracována teoretická východiska k problematice udržitelného rozvoje a nefinančního reportingu. Součástí teoretické části je také charakteristika vybraných mezinárodně uznávaných standardů, norem a inciativ. Praktická část práce se zabývá rozborem nefinančních informací o jednotlivých aktivitách vybraných podnikatelských subjektů z České republiky. Poslední kapitola diplomové práce je zaměřena na celkové zhodnocení provedených analýz, jehož součástí jsou návrhy a doporučení pro podnikatelské subjekty v řešené oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master thesis focuses on the non-financial reporting for business entities in Czech Republic. The main goal is to analyze and evaluate selected aspects of the sustainable development report for selected business companies in Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical basics for sustainable development and non-financial reporting. The theoretical part also contains the characteristics of selected internationally recognized standards, norms and initiatives. The practical part of the thesis analyzes the environmental and social activities reported in the non-financial reporting for selected companies in Czech Republic. The last chapter of the master thesis is focused on the overall evaluation of the performed analyzes, which include proposals and recommendations for business entities in this area.en
