dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou oceňování, účtování, a vykazování dotací v agrobusinessu. Cílem práce je definování dotací a dalších externích zdrojů finančování v agrobusinessu, komparace účtování a vykazování dotací dle právních předpisů ČR a IAS/IFRS a demonstrování vlivu těchto odlišností na bilanční sumu a základní ukazatele finanční analýzy. Teoretická část je zpracována metodou deskripce. Je zaměřena na definování dotací v zemědělství a způsoby oceňování, účtování a vykazování dotací a komparaci dle českých právních předpisů a IAS/IFRS. Následuje představení zvolené společnosti, na níž je demonstrována praktická část práce. Praktická část využívá metodu komparace. Nejprve je vyhotoven a zhodnocen průzkum mapující využívání dotačních titulů využívaných zemědělskými podniky ve Středočeském a Plzeňském kraji. Poté je na představené společnosti demonstrován vliv odlišného vykazování dotací na výsledek hospodaření, bilanční sumu a základní ukazatele finanční analýzy. Následně je vliv tohoto odlišného vykazování kvantifikován v závislosti na výsledcích průzkumu. Závěrem je shrnuta problematika odlišného oceňování, účtování a vykazování dotací dle ČP a IAS/IFRS. Přínosem práce je prokázání skutečnosti, že odlišné řešení účtování má významný vliv na bilanční sumu a základní ukazatele finanční analýzy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with issues of valuation, accounting, and reporting of subsidies in agribusiness. The aim of the thesis is to define subsidies and other external sources of financing in agribusiness, comparison of accounting and reporting of subsidies according to Czech legislation and IAS / IFRS and to demonstrate the impact of these differences on the balance sheet and basic indicators of financial analysis. The theoretical part is processed by the description method. It focuses on the definition of subsidies in agriculture and the methods of valuation, accounting and reporting of subsidies and comparison according to Czech legislation and IAS / IFRS. Followed by the presentation of the selected company, which is demonstrated in practical part. The practical part uses the comparison method. Firstly, a survey of the use of subsidies used by agricultural holdings in the Central Bohemian and Pilsen regions is prepared and evaluated. Subsequently, the influence of different reporting of subsidies on the profit, balance sheet and basic indicators of financial analysis is demonstrated. Subsequently, the impact of this different reporting is quantified depending on the survey results. In conclusion, the issue of different valuation, accounting and reporting of grants under ČP and IAS / IFRS is summarized. The added value of the work is to prove that a different accounting solution has a significant impact on the balance sheet and basic indicators of financial analysis.en
