| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s Alzheimerovou chorobou v domácí péči. Teoretická část popisuje samotné onemocnění, jeho příčinu vzniku, diagnostiku a možnosti léčby. Je zde popsán přístup k pacientům s Alzheimerovou chorobou a popsán vybraný koncepční model Nancy Roperové. Další téma je historie a nastínění fungování domácí péče. Praktická část je zaměřena na problematiku ošetřovatelského procesu v domácí péči s výsledkem uplatnění koncepčního modelu v agentuře domácí péče. | cs |
