dc.description.abstractTeoretická bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou týkající se pacientů s mediastinitidou po kardiochirurgické operaci. První část se věnuje rizikovým faktorům a hlavním problémům souvisejících s mediastinální infekcí. Druhá část je zaměřena na vyhledání přidružených onemocnění těchto pacientů. Třetí část práce se zabývá vyhledáním a popisem poznatků týkajících se způsobů léčby. Poslední část rozebírá charakteristiky pacienta s mediastinitidou, způsob léčby a související ošetřovatelskou péči. Výsledkem teoretické práce je identifikování a popsání faktorů, které ovlivňují vznik a průběh léčby této závažné komplikace, dále je popsána i charakteristika pacientů a související ošetřovatelská péče.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theoretical bachelor thesis deals with the issues related to patients with mediastinitis after cardiac surgery. The first part is devoted to risk factors and main problems related to mediastinal infection. The second part focuses on finding associated diseases in these patients. The third part of the thesis deals with the search and description of the findings related to treatment modalities. The last part discusses the characteristics of the patient with mediastinitis, the treatment modality and the associated nursing care. The theoretical work results in the identification and description of the factors that influence the development and course of treatment of this serious complication, as well as the characteristics of patients and the associated nursing care.en
