dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je "Ošetřovatelský rámec prvozáchytu 1. typu diabetes mellitus". Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na klasifikaci diabetu dle jednotlivých typů, samotný diabetes mellitus 1. typu, jeho léčbu, akutní a chronické komplikace a na ošetřovatelskou péči o diabetika 1. typu. Praktická část se zabývá edukací pacienta při prvozáchytu diabetu mellitu 1. typu, a to především se zaměřením na pacienta a jeho vnímání edukace v oblasti akutních komplikací. Výzkum byl proveden kvalitativní metodou pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výsledky poukazují především na význam edukace při prvozáchytu onemocnění, na výzvy a překážky, které pacienti museli překonat a na vliv diabetu mellitu 1. typu na jejich životy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor's thesis is "Nursing framework for the initial detection of type 1 diabetes mellitus. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the classification of diabetes according to individual types, type 1 diabetes mellitus itself, its treatment, acute and chronic complications and nursing care for type 1 diabetics. The practical part deals with patient education during the initial detection of type 1 diabetes mellitus, primary focusing on the patient and their perception of educating in the area of acute complications. The research was conducted using qualitative method by using semistructed interviews. The results primarily point to the importance of education in the initial detection of this disease, the challenges and obstacles that patients had to overcome, and the impact of type 1 diabetes mellitus on their lives.en
