dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá domácí hemodialýzou a jejím dopadem na život pacientů s chronickým onemocněním ledvin. Cílem práce je analyzovat zkušenosti pacientů s touto léčebnou metodou, její přínosy, omezení a vliv na každodenní život. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na problematiku selhání ledvin, eliminační metody, cévní přístupy, principy domácí hemodialýzy, roli sestry a význam edukace pacientů. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu využívajícím polostrukturované rozhovory s pacienty podstupujícími domácí hemodialýzu. Výzkum se zaměřuje na jejich zkušenosti a vnímání této metody léčby. Výsledky poskytují ucelený pohled na výhody i výzvy spojené s domácí hemodialýzou a ukazují, jaký význam má edukace a podpora ze strany rodiny a zdravotníků. V diskusi jsou interpretovány klíčové poznatky a jejich možné využití v praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor's thesis deals with home haemodialysis and its impact on the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the patients' experience with this treatment method, its benefits, limitations and impact on their daily life. The theoretical part focuses on renal failure, elimination methods, vascular access, principles of home hemodialysis, the role of the nurse and the importance of patient education.The practical part is based on qualitative research using semi-structured interviews with patients undergoing home haemodialysis. The research focuses on their experiences and perceptions of this method of treatment. The results provide a comprehensive view of the benefits and challenges associated with home haemodialysis and demonstrate the importance of education and support from family and healthcare professionals. Key findings and their potential use in practice are interpreted in the discussion.en
