dc.description.abstractCeliakie je autoimunitní doživotní onemocnění, které postihuje především tenké střevo a je způsobeno požitím lepku u geneticky náchylných jedinců. Jedinou možnou léčbou je striktní dodržování bezlepkové diety. Teoretická část je zaměřena na anatomii tenkého střeva, historický kontext celiakie, celiakii a bezlepkovou dietu. Obsahem teoretické části je také zmíněna ošetřovatelská péče o dítě s celiakii a edukace. Hlavním cílem výzkumu této bakalářské práce je poukázat, jak celiakie u dítěte ovlivní chod celé rodiny. Realizace výzkumného šetření proběhla formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Sběr dat byl realizován pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a pro zpracování obsahu byly údaje řazeny do příslušných kategorií a podkategorií. Výběr participantů byl záměrný.Pro výstup z mé bakalářské práce bude použita prezentace z obhajoby bakalářské práce. Výsledky budou prezentovány na kongresu Medical Fair Brno a na Fórum celiaků - Gluten Free Prague Expo.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedCeliac disease is an autoimmune lifelong disease that primarily affects the small intestine and is caused by the ingestion of gluten in genetically susceptible individuals. The only possible treatment is strict adherence to a gluten-free diet. The theoretical part is focused on the anatomy of the small intestine, the historical context of celiac disease, celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. Nursing care for a child with celiac disease and education are also mentioned in the content of the theoretical part. The main goal of the research of this bachelor's thesis is to show how celiac disease in a child affects the whole family. The implementation of the research investigation took place in the form of qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using a semi- structured interview, and for content processing, the data were sorted into appropriate categories and subcategories. The selection of participants was deliberate. The presentation from the defense of the bachelor's thesis will be used for the output of my bachelor's thesis. The results will be presented at the Medical Fair Brno congress and at the Celiac Forum - Gluten Free Prague Expo.en
