dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá klimatologickými aspekty venkovních ploch restaurací v centru města Plzně. Pomocí indexu Beergarden days (BGD) byl zjišťován počet nejvíce vhodných dní pro trávení času na restauračních zahrádkách až do večerních hodin. Pro hodnocení byly využita data z meteostanice Plzeň Veleslavínova z let 2009-2017. Byla porovnávána variabilita prostředků pro zlepšení tepelného komfortu u vybraných restauračních zahrádek. Následně byla vytvořena typologie restauračních zahrádek s ohledem na mikroklimatické podmínky a tepelný komfort. Relevantnost této typologie byla ověřena pomocí experimentálního měření meteorologických prvků. Na závěr bylo analyzováno, jak klimatické podmínky a chod meteorologických prvků ovlivňují provoz vybraných restaurací s venkovní plochou. BGD se v centru města Plzně vyskytují od dubna do konce září s maximem v červenci. Zkoumané restaurační zahrádky vykazují značnou variabilitu prostředků pro zajištění tepelného komfortu. Celkem 43 restauračních zahrádek v centru města Plzně byly klasifikovány do typologie na základě výsledků terénního výzkumu u dvanácti vybraných restaurací s venkovní plochou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis deals with climatological aspects of outdoor areas of restaurants in the center of Pilsen. Using the Beergarden days index (BGD) was determined the number of the most suitable days for spending time in restaurant outdoor areas until the evening hours. For the evaluation were used the data from weather station Plzeň Veleslavínova during 2009-2017. Variability of the elements for improving the thermal comfort on selected outdoor restaurant areas has been compared. Subsequently has been created a typology of restaurant outdoor areas with regard to microclimate conditions and thermal comfort. The relevance of this typology was verified by experimental measurement of meteorological elements. In the end thesis analyzed how climatic conditions and the meteorological elements influence the operation of selected restaurants with outdoor area. The BGD occurrence in the center of Pilsen is from April to the end of September with a maximum in July. The examined restaurant outdoor areas show considerable variability of the elements to ensure thermal comfort. A total of 43 restaurant outdoor areas in the centrum of Pilsen were classified into typology, based on the results of field research at 12 selected restaurants with outdoor area.en
