dc.description.abstractV této diplomové práci zaměřené na edukaci dialyzovaných pacientů poukazuji na důležitost edukace v různých oblastech dialyzovaných klientů. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, části teoretické a části praktické. V teoretické části se nejprve zabývám edukací, vysvětluji pojem edukace, její součásti a věnuji se přímo edukaci dialyzovaných klientů, která je nezbytná. Dále se v teoretické části věnuji anatomii a fyziologii ledvin, selhání funkce ledvin, samotné dialyzační proceduře, zabývám se jednotlivými metodami očišťování krve a poukazuji na možné komplikace v průběhů dialýzy. V praktické části zjišťuji pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu, zda jsou dialyzovaní klienti dostatečně edukováni a zda mají dialyzační sestry dostatek materiálu a edukační standard pro edukaci dialyzovaných klientů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this diploma thesis which is focused on education dialysis patients, I refer to the importance of education in different areas of dialysis clients. The work consists of two parts, more precisely the theoretical and the practical. In theoretical part I first deal with anatomy and physiology of the kidney, kidney failure and dialysis procedure itself, I deal with the varios methods of blood purification and I also point out the possible complications during dialysis. Furthermore, the theoretical part also includes eduacation, I explain eduacations as the term, its parts, and I deal directly with the education dialysis clients, which is necessary. In the practical part I use the quantitative research to find out, if dialysis clients areeduacations enough and if dialysis nurses have enough of the material and education standard for education dialysis patients.en
