| dc.description.abstract | Práce má za úkol seznámit čtenáře s historickým vývojem konceptu evropského občanství, s postupným začleňováním stále širšího okruhu práv, která jsou smluvně garantována. Na jednotlivých případech Soudního dvora Evropské unie je zdokumentována tendence vykládat obsah občanských práv co nejšířeji. V práci jsou popsaná jednotlivá práva spolu se zamyšlením, kam může evropská integrace pokračovat. Zmíněn je i Evropský rok občanů 2013 a některé akce pořádané v jeho rámci. | cs |
